Any form of inappropriate ads and ad postings will result in ad removal and the users being banned, charged and prosocuted where applicable. Posted ads last for 30 days and can be reposted through your Members Page free. Members understand, similar to other classified ads, seller contact information is visible in ads on this site and on eBay where applicable, as a buyer would need to consider and make the purchase and does not hold The Canadian Auto Network liable for absolutely anything in anyway that may result when such information is made available to the public. Members also understand all pictures and information on this site become the property of The Canadian Auto Network, not for selling or trading but merely using pictures of vehicles or ads, with the removal of member contact information, may be used to while displaying this site, for example but not limited to goolge searches that show web page browsers, or to better our site in one form or another, example being a picture of a unique vehicle that can be displayed on our site for other viewers to learn of unique vehicles. Any personal information that may be requested to accompany picture will be directly ask to appropriate contact for approval before personal information is used. an example would be but not limited to; cruise night page with a picture of vehicle and owners name. All ads and ad features are monitored constantly. Any issues let us know so we can rectify asap, but we can not be accountable for reasons beyond our control and enviornment, for any and not limited to problems that prevent ads, services or features etc. If a payment was made for a particular service and such a problem(s) arise, NO REFUND is given, but upon issue resolution, the service paid for will then commence. We do our best to be the best but really there are a lot of factors out there we can not control and could possibly cause a problem in the future, nothing different than other online classifieds.

We take your personal information seriously and when you sign in as a member you agree to receive occassional email from us about any new services, promotions or reminders valuable to our customers and at no time is your email sold, traded or given to any other party. We hate spam and wish it on noone.

Customers taking advantage of our Trading Assistant services recognize we try our best to promptly get you auctions listed within 48 hours but are not held accountable for delays from but not limited to the result of system crash, server crash, hosting errors, ebay down time, improper customer supplied information or any other reason that may prevent us from completing this task in the time specified. As a result of such a delay, task completion will comence as quickly as we possibly can, once such an and all issues have been rectified. NO REFUNDS. Due to an ever changing market value for you vehicle with variables such as but not limited to location, asking price, depreciation, demand for the particular vehicle, year, make, mode etc. leaves The Canadian Auto Network free from responsibility of any kind for, but not limited to no bids, no sale, low bids or low final sale price. Bidders deal directly with the seller of vehicle during auction and upon sale of vehicle, leaving The Canadian Auto Network unaccountable for any written, verbal or other, contracts made between the two. Sellers are soley responsible, as with any other sale they make through any other source, as to thoroughly validate the buyers intentions and form of payment as to be satisfied of this being true and complete. Simply put and be forewarned, there are people that will try to pay you with cashiers cheques or money orders that are fake. Sellers unknowingly put this in their account and give their pride and joy up. The buyer takes off with a free vehicle and you get the cops bangin on your door saying Hope you didn't spend it cause you have to give it back..... and we didn't find your vehicle. These guys mix it up to and try to give you a larger cheque than you wanted and they ask for the extra cash back for shipping or whatever. If you are not sure ask your bank teller. We merely act as an advertising placement service just as a magazine or paper. If such a situation does arise, contact us and we can get you the bidders list to contact the second best offer if you so choose. Again, this site is create for you and we will do our best to be the best and that is all we can do.

On The Canadian Auto Network, Dealers are considered a dealer, as registered with the government of canada and or province(s), a dealer employee and/or someone acting on behalf of a dealer directly or indirectly by listing ads of vehicles belonging to or in care of a dealership. Dealers understand to act as anything other than a dealer by means of but not limited to, signing up as a "Member" instead of "Dealer" is fraud, and upon our discretion some or all but not limited to the following penalties, post fraud on your ads, close your account, block you from this site, turn into the proper authorities for prosecution and/or keep your account open and calculate fees to disclose to collections, with this being your forwarned notice. This site is a great source for you to get your vehicles and dealership visible, we are here to assist you when you need it, our ad prices are so low, why even risk it. And we all know the more problems arise, the costs start to rise and we would really like to keep everyone happy with the way things are now, great service and cheap prices.
