Image Verification Help
The program is really only looking for either a number, or a letter of the alphabet, lowercase or uppercase.- Sideways letters/numbers - just enter the letter or number on your keyboard as regular text. It's not possible to enter letter/numbers sideways.
- Check to make sure if the letter is capitalized or not. It is case sensitive.
- Boldness - doesn't affect the letters or numbers you enter, just enter the letter or number as regular text.
A different error message will appear if it's a username/password problem, or an incorrect Image Verifcation problem.
If you get an incorrect Image Verifcation error try again. You can refresh the page and a different verification image will appear that you may have an easier time entering.
